Allamuchy Fire Quickly Extinguishes Structure Fire

March 18, 2018 – Firefighters were alerted around 230pm for a possible structure fire on Raven Road, in Panther Valley. As units went responding, an update from dispatch reported visible fire from the structure. 91-80 was first on location reporting an active fire to the structure, but contained to the garage door support column. The crew off first due engine 91-61 stretched a 1 ¾” hand line to quickly extinguish the fire, while the crew on truck 91-69 assisted in overhauling the boards and siding.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by Warren County and Mount Olive Fire Marshals.

95 Rescue and NJSP assisted Allamuchy Fire at the scene. All units were clear within an hour.
