January 1, 2017 - Firefighters were alerted at around 1:30pm for a possible vehicle fire on Route 80 west, at mile post 17.4. Upon arrival of the chief, a Vette was found on the right shoulder, fully involved.
First due engine was able to stretch an inch and 3/4 front bumper pre-connect to extinguish the blaze.
